Approval Process
Once all document are executed with Dempsey Mortgage Division, You will receive an approval number and begin submitting you 1008,1003, GFE, Client Authorization, and Lender of your choice so when can get that CTC. We appear on the GFE, (as Processor) so, we only get paid when the loan closes.
