Youth Workforce Development at Dempsey Staffing
Dempsey Staffing is committed to preparing the next generation for success in the workforce. Through our Youth Workforce Development Program, we provide young people ages 16-24, iwith the skills, training, and support they need to build strong career foundations.
Our program offers:
- Job Readiness Training
Resume building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and communication skills.
- Hands-On Work Experience
Paid internships, job placements, and mentorships in industries such as food service, hospitality, administration, and more.
- Certifications & Workshops
Access to Food Handler Cards, Food Safety Manager Certification, Alcohol Training, and other industry credentials.
- Career Counseling & Support
One-on-one coaching, goal-setting, and career pathway planning. In order to be in the Youth Workforce you must also be enrolled in School.
